Deviled Eggs


I have a fascination of cooking with eggs while keeping them the star attraction of the dish. Eggs are my go to ingredient when my kitchen pantry is ransacked. They are so easy to cook, delicious to eat and pretty to look! While there are hundreds of deviled eggs recipes, this one is with my little spicy touch to it. Here it goes!


  1. 4 hard boiled eggs
  2. 2 tbsp of mayonnaise
  3. 1 tbsp mustard sauce
  4. 1 tsp black pepper
  5. 1 tsp curry powder
  6. salt to taste

For Garnish:

  1. 1/4 cup chopped cilantro and dill leaves
  2. red chili flakes


  1. Peel the hard boiled eggs and cut them into two halves. Now separate the egg yolks from the whites. Mash all the egg yolks together and and add mayonnaise, mustard, pepper, curry powder and salt. Mix well (if the texture looks dry you can add a little more mayonnaise and make it smooth).
  2. Pipe it back into the egg white cavity either with a piping bag or just with a spoon.
  3. Garnish with herbs and red chili flakes. It is an amazing party snack and a fancy breakfast menu option.
